Privacy

What we collect

• Account: first name, last name, email address, password (stored hashed, never in clear), photo and bio if you add them.
• Your activity: the links you submit, the articles in your selection, your highlights and notes, your messages to other members, the members you follow.
• Company spaces: the company, roles, invitations, watch topics and the feeds plugged into them.
• Subscription: your subscription status. Payment data is handled by Stripe; we never see your card.
• Audience measurement: if enabled, Google Analytics measures visits in aggregate.

Why

To run the service: write the articles you ask for, show your selection and profile, run your company space and subscription, and send the emails you expect (invitations). We sell no data and show no ads.

Providers

• Render: hosting of the site and its database.
• Anthropic: article writing. The text of the sources you submit is sent to them to be summarised.
• TypeSafe (Jev): automatic classification of publications (relevance, primary source), from titles and excerpts.
• Stripe: payments. Resend: invitation emails. Google: audience measurement if enabled.

Gmail access

The site can read, read-only, the Gmail mailbox of its publisher, and only that one: the newsletters received and the watch folders the publisher designates, to spot AI news. No other mailbox is read; nothing is sent, changed or deleted. Emails are not stored: only the topics and links drawn from them feed the watch. Access can be revoked at any time from the site's dashboard or from the Google account.

AI Sources' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Cookies

Strictly necessary cookies: your session, your language, the accounts signed in on this browser, and access to watchlists you unlocked with a code. Google Analytics sets its own cookies if enabled.

Retention

Your data is kept as long as your account exists. When it is deleted, your data is erased, except what the law requires us to keep (invoices).

You can access, correct or delete your data, object to processing or ask for portability. Write to contact@aisources.io. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
